ActiveRADAR Expands Leadership Team to Support Industry Demand, Company Momentum
SACRAMENTO, CA, UNITED STATES - Aug 14, 2018 - ActiveRADAR (formerly known as RxTE Health), a company specializing in pharmacy cost reduction programs for employers, today announced the addition of three healthcare executives to its leadership team. Dr. Ward Godsall, a seasoned executive with years of clinical and financial healthcare operations experience, is joining the company as the Medical Director; Todd Simenson brings 30 years of healthcare information system development experience to the role of Vice President of IT; and Charlotte Hitchcock will leverage her extensive legal expertise as the companys new General Counsel.

As ActiveRADARs new Medical Director, Dr. Godsall is responsible for overall supervision and regulation of all medical facets of the company. Prior to ActiveRADAR, Dr. Godsall spent 30+ years working in various clinical, management, and administrative roles in the healthcare industry. Specifically, Dr. Godsall worked as both a clinician and the Regional Medical Director at Allina Medical Clinic. Prior to that, he held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Aspen Medical Group and worked as an internal medicine and endocrinology expert in a private practice in Connecticut. Dr. Godsall graduated from Temple University Medical School, completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and fulfilled an endocrinology fellowship at Yale University.

As ActiveRADARs Vice President of IT, Todd Simenson is responsible for driving product development and managing the companys technology teams. Prior to joining ActiveRADAR, Simenson served in several management and technical positions at healthcare organizations such as Partners National Health Plans, Aetna, Express Scripts, Diversified Pharmaceutical Services (DPS)/SmithKline Beecham PLC, and American Medcenters, Inc. Simenson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Minnesota State University.
Charlotte Hitchcock brings more than 25 years of legal expertise to her role of General Counsel at ActiveRADAR, where she is leading strategic and tactical legal initiatives. As the Chief Executive Officer and President of Global Domestic Advisory Partners, LLC (GDAP), a federal, state and city certified Minority and Woman-owned Business Entity (MWBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Hitchcock also provides integrated logistics support to clients in private and public sectors. Some of Hitchcocks former positions include: General Counsel of Newark Public Schools, the largest school district in New Jersey State; Special Advisor to New York Governor Andrew Cuomos Administration; and Chief of Staff to New York Governor David Paterson. She received her Juris Doctor degree from New York University Law School, Master in Public Health degree from Yale University, and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
