VIDA Diagnostics to Address Overcoming Pervasive Challenges in Respiratory Clinical Trials During 12/8 Webinar
What: “The Rise of Imaging in Respiratory Clinical Trials” a webinar hosted by VIDA Diagnostics,
will highlight what is needed to make the clinical trial process more efficient now that the

Participants will learn best practices for reducing the 52% failure rate of respiratory drugs in
clinical trials, and proven strategies to find clinical trial candidates, better prepare sites, and
streamline the entire process.
Mario Castro, MD, MPH, a leading pulmonary disease clinician, will join Susan Wood, PhD,
president & CEO VIDA Diagnostics to discuss current challenges in lung and respiratory disease
clinical trials, novel approaches to securing the right trial participants, and practical strategies
for running a trial effectively, including expert training with tests and equipment.
