Qvirus Platform Optimized Lentivirus Production System for The Efficient design and Development of Lentivirus Vector

Recently, Qvirus platform announced the release of its lentivirus production system with a comprehensive portfolio of products and services to support the efficient design, development, manufacturing and analytical testing of lentivirus vectors.
Qvirus platform has been optimizing lentiviral production systems, including lentiviral plasmid construction and low endotoxin plasmid preparation, lentiviral packaging host cells and lentiviral packaging processes, cell culture media, and small-scale and large-scale lentiviral purification processes. The lentivirus production team of Qvirus platform has constructed, packaged and purified thousands of lentiviruses from small to large scale purification scales for customers around the world.
The experienced team generated more lentiviruses than other popular systems, lentiviruses generated from Qvirus platform have high safety and high efficiency in gene delivery to virtually all cell types and entire model organisms. For lentiviral vector construction, Qvirus platform has successfully constructed tens of thousands of viruses for gene overexpression, shRNA silencing and gRNA gene editing, and can also construct any type of lentiviral vector according to customer needs.
The vectors provided by Qvirus platform are derived from the third-generation lentiviral vector system, which is aimed at high copy number replication in E. coli, high titer packaging of live viruses, efficient vector integration into the host genome, efficient viral transduction of various cells, and high levels of transgene expression were optimized.
In addition, Qvirus platform has been providing high-quality upstream services for customers' lentivirus development. Upstream processing focuses on mass production of lentivirus vectors while allowing efficient downstream purification. From literature/patent retrieval to vector gene transformation, tropism design and stability testing, Qvirus platform ensures the safety and stability of downstream experiments with world-leading technology.
