July 9, 2012 | Invivodata Inc. has been acquired by technology company ERT. Financial terms of the acquisition by the Philadelphia-based firm weren't announced.  

Invivodata's acquisition follows ERT's own acquisition by Genstar Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco. The deal makes ERT the number one provider of clinical outcome assessments, including electronic PROs, ClinROs and ObsROs. Pittsburgh Business Times
