EvolveMed and BestNotes are partnering to integrate EvolveMed’s TalkChart with BestNote's powerful EHR system to create an innovative, easy-to-use solution for psychiatrists. The integration will let physicians create a specialty-specific electronic note. The final document is automatically interfaced with BestNotes, with the same look, feel and properties of a BestNotes note. Psychiatrists will be able to take advantage of Single Sign-On and a seamless simplified interface, while administrative personnel continue to effortlessly leverage the BestNotes features they've always relied upon. CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI) and Galectin Therapeutics are collaborating on a first-in-man Phase I clinical trial that will support a proposed indication of GR-MD-02 for treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH or fatty liver disease) with advanced fibrosis. CTI [PDF] 
 
An eight-country survey of 3,700 doctors in Australia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Singapore, Spain and the United States showed that Singapore doctors are increasingly using healthcare IT to improve treatment and diagnosis, as well as to reduce administrative tasks and improve productivity. The majority of Singapore doctors (87 percent) believe that the quality of patient care, throughout the healthcare system, has improved because of the use of electronic medical records. Accenture
