KCR Strengthens its Footprint in Western Europe

Dynamic European CRO registers new entities in the UK and Germany

WARSAW, POLAND - Mar 5, 2014 - European Contract Research Organisation (CRO), KCR, which is already operating across 18 countries in Europe as well as the U.S., has recently registered new entities in the UK and Germany. This move is part of the company's strategy to bring the business closer to Western European customers and further deepen client relationships.

"I am very excited seeing KCR strengthening its visibility across Western Europe, particularly in the UK and Germany, where we have already been enjoying partnerships with locally based or represented companies," says Mike Jagielski, CEO of KCR. "Having our own entities registered in these countries will make our collaboration even stronger. It will also equip KCR with local law benefits and make our business cooperation easier. The next country we aim for is France."

KCR is already a well-established CRO in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), since 1997. The recent decision on opening new entities in London and Berlin was taken according to the company's growth strategy focusing on expanding its operations in Western Europe. "We respond to our clients' expectations regarding a broader regional coverage. Additionally, we are focusing on maintaining and further mastering our high level of customer service through our dedicated senior-level staff which is always available and responsive," adds Jagielski.

Since its early days when KCR forged a path in CEE it has continued to develop, expanding to the East and across Western Europe and the U.S. Having a local team in each of the offices gives the company a unique insight into local regulations. It has also helped to build extensive relationships with key opinion leaders and principal investigators. The local expertise encompasses also complete knowledge of the regulatory nuances of the region and the respective country specific healthcare policies  standards of care.

KCR offers three types of professional contract research services: Clinical Development Services, Functional Service Provision and Post-marketing Clinical Services, in a wide spectrum of therapeutic areas.
