The new measures--Administrative Measures for the Clinical Study Projects of Medical Institutions--supplement current research regulations. Among the new requirements: hospitals must form a Clinical Study Administration Committee, and funding must go to a dedicated hospital account, not a department or individual. Outsourcing Pharma
