PHT Expands Rater Training Program
By Clinical Informatics News Staff
January 26, 2015 | PHT Corporation is expanding its rater training program that it first launched in November with the release of the electronic version of the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.) for electronic data capture.
PHT’s Rater Training courses are based on industry’s need to standardize data collection among clinicians, observers and patients. Rater Training for clinician reported outcome (ClinRO), observer reported outcome (ObsRO) and patient reported outcome (PRO) assessments ensures and improves data accuracy by reducing leniency, severity, halo, first impression, and friendship bias. Rater training clarifies each instrument’s performance dimensions used in the evaluation system, and advances the detection, perception, and recall of actual performance.
PHT is now offering rater training on the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) Screening/Baseline (SB) and Since Last Visit (SLV) Adult and Pediatric versions and the Sheehan Suicidality Tracking Scale (Sheehan-STS) in addition to the M.I.N.I.
