February 27, 2015 | ERT announced this morning that it has acquired PHT Corporation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and the transaction is subject to regulatory review and is expected to close within the next several weeks.

The acquisition combines ERT’s solution for patient safety and efficacy endpoint data collection, and PHT’s patient-driven mobile apps for improved clinical research.
