Histobiolab Has Developed Professional Tissue Microarray to Meet Precise Research Needs
Histobiolab, the division of Creative Bioarray, focuses on providing high-quality products and cutting-edge services to accelerate life sciences research, solve complex analytical challenges and increase laboratory productivity. With a reliable platform and experienced scientists, Creative Bioarray offers a series of related services including cell services, biosample services, and histology services for the researchers to promote the progress of cell studies. Recently, Creative Bioarray announced the release of its tissue microarray in order to meet precise research needs.
Tissue microarray (TMA) refers to the practice of repositioning multiple tissue sections, usually from traditional histological paraffin blocks, so that tissue from multiple samples can be evaluated on the same slide. TMA provides a high-throughput histology solution that allows simultaneous analysis of protein expression in multiple formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues or frozen tissues. Histobiolab provides tissue microarrays of nearly 150 healthy and diseased sections for high-throughput analysis of human, rat, mouse and primate tissues by immunohistochemistry (IHC). In addition, Histobiolab's Human Cancer TMA can provide cancerous and normal adjacent tissue pairs from the same donor on the same slide, enabling customers to evaluate the differential expression of targets in normal and diseased tissues.
The tissue microarray provided by Histobiolab supports a high-throughput, multiplex format, and analyzes more than 75 tissue cores at a time, which is also featured with experiment uniformity, providing the same experimental conditions for each organization core. Ultimately customers can get scarce tissue slices. It can be used to test differentially expressed normal and diseased tissues. Based on the availability of more than 600,000 tissue samples in the biobank, Histobiolab has constructed more than 6000 types of high-quality tissue microarrays (TMA) to meet customer needs.
The Histobiolab team uses high-quality organizational core manufacturing, ready-to-use blocks with multiple donors. The test results are applicable to immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization (ISH), and TUNEL tests. It can perform radioactive and non-radioactive detection and support the acquisition of corresponding RNA, DNA, cDNA or protein.
"Our service team can work with you to develop and execute flexible custom-designed experiments to meet your unique needs and goals." said Hannah Cole, the marketing director of Creative Bioarray, she also added, "If there are products or services that we currently do not provide, we are happy to work with you to customize products or services to meet your specific needs."
