Clinical Research News, ClinEco Launch SCOPE Best of Show Awards
By Clinical Research News Staff
December 1, 2022 | The Summit for Clinical Ops Executives has long been the most impactful destination for in-depth discussions in clinical research. Now the SCOPE community will wield its significant expertise to highlight the new products powering clinical research in the SCOPE Best of Show Awards brought to you by Clinical Research News and ClinEco, the global clinical trials ecosystem and marketplace.
SCOPE, the Summit for Clinical Ops Executives, (Feb. 6-9, 2023, Orlando, Fla.) is always a treasure trove of opportunity and insight into the clinical research area, and for 14 years Clinical Research News has turned to the event for insights from patients, sponsors, and the vendor community enabling progress.
The program, developed by Micah Lieberman and the SCOPE team, focuses on all aspects of clinical trial innovation, planning, management, and operations. The 2023 event comprises 28 different conferences, 3 plenary keynote sessions, the 7th annual Participant Engagement Awards, special cross-department panels, the 2nd annual golf tournament, and interactive breakout discussions.
The inaugural SCOPE Best of Show Awards is a valuable addition to the programming, inviting the SCOPE community to vote on the best of the past year’s new products on display in the SCOPE Exhibit Hall.
The SCOPE Best of Show Awards are open to any exhibiting company at SCOPE. For a product to be considered for the award, it must be newly released—or significantly improved—since February 2022. Exhibiting companies must enter their new product for consideration. The entry form is available online. Finalists will be announced before the event, and the entire SCOPE community will vote for the Best of Show winners live at the event.
“The SCOPE community is unique in its camaraderie, creativity, and commitment to clinical research and the patient experience,” said Allison Proffitt, editor of Clinical Research News.
“We are thrilled to bring the Best of Show Awards to SCOPE, directly connecting the community’s needs to the innovators creating new solutions.”
In addition to Clinical Research News, ClinEco, the global clinical trials ecosystem and marketplace, is sponsoring the first SCOPE Best of Show Awards.
“Our mission at ClinEco is to deliver clarity for decentralized, hybrid, and conventional trials while reducing burden and timelines in partnership selection,” said Marina Filshtinsky, Co- Founder, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Product Development, ClinEco. “SCOPE has the most engaged and innovative community, and we are thrilled to empower that community to highlight the best new products in our space.”
The SCOPE Best of Show Awards are open to any exhibiting company at the 2023 event. A company’s level of event sponsorship or engagement with either sponsoring organization will have no bearing on the Best of Show competition.
